Where the idea came from

A cluttered meeting room in Canberra, 2017 — that was the first classroom.

Offerzuno started when our founder noticed something obvious: most office workers sit for six or more hours straight, then commute home, then sit again. The usual fix — "join a gym after work" — doesn't actually solve the problem. The tension builds during the day, not after it.

So we built a format that works inside the workday itself. Sessions run in 30 or 45 minutes, require no change of clothes, and happen in whatever space a company already has — a boardroom, a break room, an open-plan floor. Instructors come to the team, not the other way around.

The result is a practice that employees actually attend, not just sign up for and skip. Consistency matters more than intensity, and showing up at 11am on a Tuesday is far easier than committing to a 6am class.

What guides the work

  • Practicality over perfection Sessions are built for real offices — no mats required, no special flooring, no dedicated studio space. If you have a room with a bit of floor, it works.
  • Consistency as the actual goal One session a week, every week, produces more meaningful change than an intensive retreat followed by nothing. All our programmes are structured around regular attendance.
  • Transparent scheduling Companies receive a fixed calendar at the start of each quarter. No last-minute changes, no instructor swaps without notice — predictability makes it easier for employees to commit.
