A 30-minute call to understand your office layout, team size, and any physical considerations. No commitment required at this stage — the goal is to establish whether the format is a genuine fit before anything is scheduled.
Office yoga does not require a studio, specialised equipment, or a dedicated wellness budget. What it does require is a clear plan that fits around how your team already works. Every engagement with Offerzuno follows a consistent four-step structure, adapted to the size of your office, the available space, and the schedule that causes the least disruption to your day.

Based on what you share, a session structure is put together — duration (typically 30 or 45 minutes), frequency, and the type of practice most suited to your team. Chair-based sequences, standing desk flows, and floor-based sessions are all options depending on what your space allows.
The opening session runs as a trial — participants experience the format firsthand, the instructor adjusts pacing and intensity in real time, and any practical issues with the space are resolved before the regular schedule begins.
Once the schedule is confirmed, sessions run on a recurring basis — weekly, fortnightly, or at whatever cadence suits your team. The instructor arrives 10 minutes early to set up, and sessions begin and end on time so they do not eat into meeting schedules.
Feedback from offices across Canberra — collected after at least six weeks of regular sessions, not after a single trial.
"The planning call took about 20 minutes and covered everything we needed to sort out — room size, timing, whether our team had any injuries to account for. By the time the first session happened, it felt like the instructor already knew the group."
"We were sceptical about fitting yoga into a busy open-plan office. The chair-based format solved that completely — no one needed to change clothes or move furniture. It became a Tuesday ritual within a month."
